Betty L. Carlton of Newberry, Michigan passed away at War Memorial Hospital in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan on July 31, 2012. She was born in Saginaw, Michigan on May 1, 1937 to William and Wanda (Kuzemkowski) Burwash. Betty enjoyed her many hobbies.

Surviving Betty Carlton are her daughters Cathy (Bruce) Fournier of Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan and Christine (Ray) Revord of Munising, Michigan. Betty is also survived by Richard and Edward Langley and several members of her extended family including many grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

Betty was preceded in death by her husband Glenn and son Arthur.

Per Betty’s request no public services will be held. Arrangements are in the care of Hovie Funeral Home.
