PICKFORD – Pickford and Newberry met for the first time since 1986 on Saturday afternoon for the division one regional semi-final in division one 8-man football.
At halftime, the Panthers had a substantial lead of 54-0.
The Indians did get on the board, but Pickford cruised to the 63-7 victory.
They will face Indian River Inland Lakes in the regional final, where the Bulldogs are in the first season of 8-man.
