Edeen Ellen Behrendt Hufnagel, 78, passed away on January 7, 2021 in Sault Ste Marie, MI. She was born May 17, 1942 to former Wayne County Sheriff Edward Behrendt and Elsie Rissmann Behrendt.
Edeen is survived by her husband of 59 years Clay Hufnagel; her daughter Kimberly (Rev. Tom) Donnelly of Oxford, MI; her sonTodd (Dr Cindy James) of Lutherville, MD; her son Christopher (Jill Conrad) of Ada, MI; seven grandchildred; three great-grandchildren; and a sister Elain (leanoard) Arft of Ray, MI.
Edeen has been cremated and the family plans an appropriate commemoration of her passing at a later date.
Memorials in Edeen’s honor may be sent to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501; St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105
