Marlene R. Clingaman

Marlene R. Clingaman, 78, of Brimley, Michigan passed away at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City, Michigan on November 11, 2021.

Marlene was born on August 29, 1943, in Clarksville, Michigan to the late Melvon J. and Edna Mae (Birkey) Stahl. Marlene was a graduate of Brimley High School. She was a member of “Wayside Mennonite Church” which her father pastored.

She enjoyed watching the wildlife. She also enjoyed traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family.

Marlene is survived by her husband: Doug Clingaman whom she married July in 1989 at the Wayside Mennonite Church; her children: David (Bonni) Schwiderson of Marquette, MI, Dale (Kris) Schwiderson of Brimley, MI, Jason Clingaman of Brimley, MI, and Tom (Tracy) Fosmore of Buckley, MI; several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Marlene is also survived by her siblings: Margaret Gage of Allendale, MI, Lyle (Betty) Stahl of Sault Ste. Marie, MI, and Marilyn (Stan) Troyer of Niles, MI.

Marlene was preceded in death by her parents.

Cremation has already taken place according to Marlene wishes no public services will be held.
