Survived by his parents (David) Sarah Fay Kollmorgen and Russell (Pam) Moffatt, Sisters (Ralph) Dawn Distefano and (Rick) Angela Willis.
Predeceased by his brother Russell (Butchie) Moffatt, Two nieces Kendall and Kaylee Rogowski and predeceased by his nephew Michael Morosky.
He loved all his Playstations, Movies and spending time with his girlfriend Mary Bianchetti.
He was a member of the Special Olympics and Knights of Columbus.
He was an animal lover especially his dog Daisy Mae. “Scotty” will be greatly missed by many!
