Josephine Marie Miaczynski

Josephine Marie Miaczynski, 73, of Sault Ste. Marie, MI passed away January 2, 2022 in Sault Ste. Marie, MI. She was born September 21, 1948 in Sault Ste. Marie, MI to Gordon, Sr. and Geraldine (Rogers) Cooper.

Josephine was a member of the Christopher Columbus Ladies Auxiliary and St. Mary’s Pro-Cathedral. She enjoyed gardening and canning.

Josephine is survived by her husband, Kenneth Miaczynski; son, Michael Miaczynski; sisters, Colleen Spencer, Catherine Cooper, Geraldine Gale, Debra Nixon, Caren Elliot, and Carmel Dear; brothers, Butch Cooper, Roger Cooper, Donald Cooper, Arthur Cooper, Bob Cooper, Howard Cooper, Louis Cooper, and Edward Cooper; and grandchild Dbik (Cayson) Teeple.

She is predeceased by her parents.

Cremation has taken place and there will be a memorial service in the Spring. Her final resting place will be Riverside Cemetery in Sault Ste. Marie, MI.
