Heather Jo (Wright) Wilson passed away at the age of 53 in Saint Ignace, Michigan, on January 31, 2022. She was born in Lansing, Michigan, on May 31, 1968, to parents James K. Wright and Eunice Howe (Tritten).
Heather spent her childhood in Mason, Michigan, where she graduated from Mason High School in 1986. After high school, she went on to begin her medical assistant career and worked for several physicians around the local area. She met her husband, Dana Wilson and later married in Memphis, Tennessee. She worked as a Medical Assistant until a medical disability caused her early retirement, but she never stopped living her life to the fullest.
Heather was a very caring, free willed woman who loved to help people. She would do anything for anyone. Some of her favorite activities were reading books, visiting friends, and spending time with her family. She was a determined fighter and never backed down from anything. She also loved animals, especially her dog, Mea.
Heather is survived by her husband, Dana Wilson of St. Ignace; mother, Eunice Howe (Tritten) of Cedarville, Michigan; sons, Christopher Misener of Washington, and Brandon Misener of Washington; sister, Lynnette (Shawn) Farr of Lansing; her six grandchildren; Special friend, Del Newville of Cedarville and her niece, as well as many aunts and uncles who loved Heather dearly.
Heather is preceded in death by her father, James K. Wright and her grandparents.
