Grace Evelyn (Seymour) Dresbach, age 101, passed away at Medilodge in Sault Ste Marie, Michigan on May 4, 2022. She was born on February 28, 1921, in Salt Creek, Ohio to James Conrad and Mary Evelyn (Congrove) Seymour.
Grace worked at an ammunition plant and then the GEPlant in Circleville, Ohio, making light bulbs. She went on to become owner and operator at the Marina Store from 1968 until 1982 alongside her husband, Ralph Dresbach. While working at the marina, she made many great friends. She later moved to the Florida Keys and Big Pine Keys in 1982 until 2006 when Ralph passed away.
Grace was an avid reader and enjoyed knitting, growing flowers, and was a great storyteller.
Grace is survived by her son, Steve Nelson (Meri) Dresbach of Hessel, Michigan; sister-in-law, Jane Seymour of Circleville, Ohio; and grandchildren, Ashley (Nick) Polstin and Victoria (Jeremy) Sherlund; and great-grandson, Charlie Polstin.
Grace is preceded in death by her husband, Josiah Ralph Dresbach; son, Terry Lynn Dresbach; and brother, Merle Seymour.
Grace will be put to rest at Green Summit Cemetery in Laurelville, Ohio.
