Tracy Alan Bartlett

Tracy Alan Bartlett, age 59, of Naubinway, Michigan, died on June 11, 2022, at home. He was born June 19, 1962, in Reed City, Michigan.

Tracy grew up in the White Cloud area of Michigan and lived much of his adult life there. He joined his family in the Rexton area of Michigan, for a few years working with his stepdad in the logging industry and then returned to the White Cloud area, where he worked for a tree trimming services and various other jobs. He finally returned to the Rexton area in 2003, where he worked in the logging industry again until he was forced to retire due to Huntington’s Disease.

Tracy attended the Christian Fellowship Church in Rexton, Michigan, and did the video recording for many years

When not working, Tracy enjoyed “tinkering” anything mechanical. He also enjoyed poetry, decorative painting, and other forms of art.

Tracy is survived by his son, Kyle Bartlett of Levering, Michigan; his granddaughter, Snow Bunny Bartlett; sisters, Elaine (John) Browning of Naubinway, and Danielle Jones of Oregon; brother, Mitch (Susan) Darknell of Missouri; and several beloved nieces and nephews.

Tracy was preceded in death by his son, Derrick Browning; parents, Lois and William Darknell; father, George Bartlett; sister, Teresa McGuire; and brother, Timothy Darknell.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, July 30, 2022, at 11:00 AM at the Christian Fellowship Church in Rexton.

Inurnment will be at Caffey Cemetery in Hendricks Township, Michigan, where his mother is buried.
