Sally went to be with the LORD on September 26, 2022. Sally was born on August 8, 1941, in St. Ignace, Michigan. She was raised by her Grandparents Sedge and Anna Leveille.
Sally grew up in St. Ignace, Michigan, and was a 1960 graduate of LaSalle High School. She started working at Twin Acres tearoom while in school. She married in 1960 to her husband Harold Kriesche. Sally managed Vitek’s Motel and then went to work at Gros Cap School as a Special Education Aide. Her hobbies included sewing, cooking, and baking. Many times, she would bring her class home for supper. She loved bowling and spent many years on a 2 League.
Sally was the sweetest lady, but she also spoke her mind in certain situations. She was the Best Mother and Grandmother.
In the early 1980’s Sally moved to Fowlerville where her husband Harold was building motels and managed a mobile home park. She also worked for the Howell Special Ed. After returning to St. 1gnace, she managed the Deer Ranch which they purchased and owned for 25 years.
Sally was a board member of D.A.R.E. in which she furnished D.A.R.E. teddy bears for each graduate in Mackinac County.
Sally is proceeded in death by her parents, Sedge and Anna nee Greenless Leveille, and two sisters, Eleanor Beaudoin, and Dorothy Dilts both of Largo, Florida.
Surviving relatives are her husband, Harold of 62 and a half years of marriage; son Dale; daughters Debra Anne (Jeff Andrews) and Dorothy Kay; and Grandchildren Jacob Brown and Kaila Marie Andrews.
Sally was a member of Glen Memorial Baptist Church, and her wishes are to not have a service. There will be a burial service at a later date.
Memorials in Sally’s memory may be made out to Glen Memorial Baptist Building Fund or to the St. Ignace Animal Clinic.
