The Sault High Varsity Blue Devils traveled to Petoskey for week eight of the football season, and another Big North Conference match up. Petoskey was in search of capturing the BNC championship, and this game would seal the deal. They continued their undefeated streak, coming out on top over the Blue Devils.
On offense, Cale Bell led the team with 12 rushes for 50 yards. Brylon Van Elswyk was 3 for 16 for 16 yards. On defense, Bell had 6 tackles, Owen Rice had 5 tackles, Carter Samuelson had 4 tackles, and Tristan Walcher also had 4 tackles.
The Blue Devils will travel to Gaylord for their final game of the season.
