The Michigan State University Extension will be offering the Online Matter of Balance program to assist older adults with concerns about falling and balance on Zoom.
Falling is a major concern for many people as they get older and the fear of falling often acts as a restriction to activities, impeding quality of life. “Matter of Balance” is an award-winning program designed to reduce the fear of falling, manage falls and increase activity levels.
