NOJHL announces Eagles – Rock quarter-final series schedule

SUDBURY, Ont. – The Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League announced Sunday the game schedule for its quarter-final series between the No. 4 Timmins Rock and the No. 5 Soo Eagles.

Timmins will host the initial two games of the best-of-seven affair, Saturday, March 22 and Sunday, March 23, at 8 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., respectively, at McIntyre Arena.

From there, the scene will then shift to Pullar Stadium in Sault Ste. Marie, Mich., for Games 3, 4, and if necessary, 5.

Game 3 goes Wednesday, March 26, followed by Game 4 on Thursday, March 27, with both of those match-ups beginning at 7 p.m.

Should Game 5 be needed, the Eagles will host it on Friday, March 28 at 7:30 p.m.

If required, the series will then shift back to Timmins for its completion.

A sixth contest, if necessary, is scheduled for Sunday, March 30 at 8 p.m. and should a seventh and deciding affair be held, it will go Monday, March 31 with a 7:30 p.m. start at McIntyre Arena.

All NOJHL playoff contests will be streamed live, and on demand, via FLOHockey.tv, the league’s official broadcast partner.
