Born to life on January 1, 1939, in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, the son of John and Virginia (McKillican) Forrest, Fredrick Thomas "Tommy" Forrest was born to eternal life on August 23, 2024, in Mequon, Wisconsin, at age 85 years. Fred worked for many decades in retail sales in the Milwaukee area.

Fred is survived by his brother, Roy (Sue) Forrest; sister, Patsy Bedford, nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grandnephews, with many other relatives and friends.

Fred was preceded in death by his parents, John and Virginia; sister, Theresa Tippitt; brother, John Forrest; two nieces; two nephews, and his longtime friend, Bob Budjac.
