Lorraine “Cissy” Margaret (Rolston) Harmon, age 65, of Kincheloe, Michigan, died on September 5, 2023, at home surrounded by her loved ones. She was born on October 5, 1957, in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, to Paul Edwin Rolston and Theresa Lenore (LaTour) LaDuke.

Cissy grew up in St. Ignace, Michigan, and graduated from LaSalle High School. After graduation, Cissy entered the workforce. She worked in housekeeping over the years and was an incredibly hard worker. She raised her three children, Tara, Boyd, and Oren, and was a proud grandmother and great-grandmother.

Cissy enjoyed going to the casino in her free time or playing bingo with her friends. She enjoyed her puzzle books, listening to music, reading mystery novels, and drinking a hot cup of coffee over a good conversation. Most of all, Cissy loved her family and spending time with them. She will be dearly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Cissy is survived by her children, Tara (Robert) Bennett of Kincheloe, Boyd Rolston of Sault Ste. Marie and Oren Harmon of Sault Ste. Marie; siblings, Deborah Rolston, Roxanne (Jason) Belonga, Doris (Joe) LaDuke, Joe (Lynnann) LaDuke, Ernest LaDuke, Keith LaDuke, and Norman LaDuke; sister-in-law, Cindy Rolston; Daughter-in-law, Andrea McMillian; as well as thirteen grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Cissy was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest, and Theresa LaDuke; father, Paul Rolston; brother, Harold Rolston, and aunt, Doris LaTour.

A Birthday Party will be held on Cissy’s birthday on October 5, 2023, at the Moose in St. Ignace. Please come and join the family in celebrating and remembering the life of Cissy.

Burial at St. Ignatius Cemetery in St. Ignace will take place Spring of 2024. Cissy will be laid to rest between her parents, Ernest, and Theresa.
