Robert Anthony Kominski, age 81, of DeTour, Michigan, formerly of Peshastin, Washington, died on April 14, 2025. He was born on July 23, 1943, in Detroit, Michigan, to Anthony and Julia (Niemi) Kominski.

Robert graduated from the University of Michigan with degrees in Forestry and Wildlife, a reflection of his lifelong love for the natural world.
